VCA Southside Animal Hospital is a full-service animal hospital that accepts walk-in visits and appointments for dogs, cats, birds, pocket pets, rabbits, and non-venomous reptiles in Phoenix, Laveen, Tempe, Scottsdale, Glendale, and Ahwatukee, Arizona. We will take both emergency cases as well as less urgent medical, surgical, and dental issues, as the doctors at Southside Animal Hospital are experienced in all types of conditions and treatments.
We have a veterinarian and personnel on duty 6 days a week who are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care your pet has. We offer clients services such as wellness exams, health certificates, vaccinations, dental services, spay and neuter, soft-tissue and orthopedic surgery, and cat and dog boarding.
The friendly and professional team at our animal hospital is made up of dedicated individuals who have made it their life's work to help pets live long, healthy lives. To support this mission, the hospital relies on many individuals; each team member is equally important in helping us deliver the best experience for both you and your pet. VCA Charities is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that directly helps pets in need. Through its 32 Pet Food Pantry locations in 18 states, VCA Charities has helped to provide over 2 million pet food meals to pets in need. VCA Charities also provides free veterinary services, medication, and annual funding to over 100 humane societies, animal rescues, animal shelters, and service dog organizations across the country.
VCA Charities recently raised over $565,000 through the Pennies for Pets Program. Donations are always welcome at participating VCA Animal Hospitals or online at vcacharities.org.
